• Try Something New: For those unique veggies you might be unfamiliar with, I’ll include simple recipes to make preparation easy and delicious to help you make the most of every item in your box.

What’s in a Typical Weekly Box

Shares change with the harvest for maximum flavor and variety.

• Spring: Leafy greens, radishes, snap peas, kohlrabi
• Summer: Tomatoes, green & yellow beans, zucchini, berries, beets, carrots
• Fall: Sweet corn, watermelons, butternut squash, beans, carrots

Payment Options

To help us plan the season and secure your spot, payments are split into two installments:

• May 5, 2026: 50% of your total share cost is due.
• July 5, 2026: Remaining 50% balance is due.
• Cash, check, Venmo, Apple Pay, or PayPal are accepted. Different payment arrangements are possible if the above options don’t meet your financial situation.
• Hummingbird Farm MN accepts SNAP/EBT. Please contact Jayna directly to make those arrangements.
